Hosting Payment Methods Pakistan
Hosting payment methods Pakistan customers can use at WinsHosting include bank transfer to HBL, Bank Alfalah or Standard Chartered, JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets, Visa and Mastercard cards, PayPal for overseas customers, and cash or cheque at our Lahore office. Every price is set in rupees, so you can pay without a dollar card or a foreign bank account.
The process is the same for any order. You buy a domain, a hosting plan, a VPS or a server, an invoice appears in your client area, and you settle that invoice with whichever method suits you. Card and PayPal payments are recorded automatically; bank and wallet payments need a receipt so our billing team can match them.
Account titles, numbers, IBANs and wallet details are listed in the account cards near the top of this page. That way you always copy current details and never send money to an old account. If anything looks unfamiliar, call +92-42-35311959 before paying.
Choosing between these hosting payment options usually comes down to amount and speed. Wallets suit small invoices such as a single .pk domain or a Starter plan, bank transfer suits server and multi-year orders, and cards or PayPal suit anyone who wants instant activation. Whichever of these hosting payment methods Pakistan customers choose, keep the receipt until the invoice shows as Paid.
Pay by JazzCash
You can pay by JazzCash for any WinsHosting invoice, whether it is a domain registration, a hosting renewal or an SSL certificate. JazzCash is one of the most popular mobile wallets in Pakistan, and paying from the app takes a couple of minutes without a bank visit, which makes it handy for customers in smaller towns.
Open the invoice in your client area to find the JazzCash account number and title. In the JazzCash app choose a mobile account transfer, enter that number, send exactly the invoice amount and confirm with your MPIN. If you do not have the app, a JazzCash retailer shop can send the payment for you over the counter.
After paying, keep the confirmation SMS or in-app receipt, which shows a transaction ID. Send that ID with your invoice number through a billing ticket or by replying to the invoice email. Without it, wallet payments are hard to identify, especially when several customers pay similar amounts on the same day.
Wallets carry daily and monthly limits set by the provider, so a large server invoice may be easier by bank transfer. Any fee a retailer charges is separate from our invoice. If you need to pay by JazzCash in two parts because of a limit, tell the billing team so both payments are applied to the same invoice.
Pay by Easypaisa
To pay by Easypaisa, open your WinsHosting invoice, note the Easypaisa mobile number and CNIC shown in the account cards on this page, and send the exact amount from the Easypaisa app or through an Easypaisa shop. Many customers pay by Easypaisa because it works across Pakistan and does not require a separate bank account.
In the app, choose a money transfer to an Easypaisa account, enter the number from the invoice, check that the account name matches, and confirm. The app then shows a transaction ID and sends a confirmation message. Customers paying at a retailer should ask for the printed slip, which carries the same reference number.
Share the transaction ID and invoice number with our billing team, either by replying to the invoice email or by opening a ticket. Payments are matched by staff during office hours, Monday to Saturday, so sending the reference promptly is the best way to have hosting activated or a domain renewed without delay.
Easypaisa payments work well for smaller bills such as a single domain renewal or a shared hosting plan, which starts at Rs 2,199 a year. For larger orders, check your wallet limit first. If you have used Easypaisa to pay a wrong amount, contact billing and we will either adjust the invoice or apply the balance as credit to your account.
Bank Transfer Payment
Bank transfer payment is the most common way Pakistani businesses settle WinsHosting invoices, especially larger ones such as servers, multi-year renewals or several hosting accounts at once. We hold accounts with Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Bank Alfalah and Standard Chartered in Lahore, and you can send money to any of them from your own bank.
Most customers use internet banking or a mobile banking app to make an IBAN transfer. Interbank transfers are often credited within minutes, though a transfer made late in the evening or on a bank holiday may appear on the next working day. You can also deposit cash or a cheque at a branch counter of the same bank.
Copy the account title and IBAN from a current invoice rather than from an old message, and if you save us as a beneficiary, check the details against a fresh invoice from time to time. Writing the invoice number in the transfer description, where your bank allows it, makes matching much quicker.
After the bank transfer, reply to the invoice email or open a billing ticket with a screenshot of the receipt showing the date, amount and reference. Once matched, the invoice changes to Paid and your service is activated or renewed. Companies needing their name and tax details on invoices can add them to their profile before making the bank transfer payment.
International Payment PayPal
An international payment PayPal processes is the simplest option for customers outside Pakistan. Overseas Pakistanis in the UK, the Gulf, Europe and North America often use it to pay for a family business website or their own company back home, and international clients use it because it settles immediately with no receipt to send.
Open the invoice in the client area, choose PayPal and log in to complete the payment. The invoice is marked as paid automatically and services such as hosting accounts are usually activated or renewed without further action. Because our prices are in rupees, the amount charged in your own currency depends on the exchange rate and PayPal's conversion on that day.
International Visa and Mastercard cards work the same way. Pakistani cards also work, provided they are enabled for online and international transactions; some banks switch this off by default, so check your banking app if a payment is declined.
For a server or a large batch of domains, some overseas clients prefer an international bank transfer. Contact sales@winshosting.com first so we can confirm the current receiving details and any fees. A relative in Pakistan may also pay by bank or wallet on your behalf. If an international payment through PayPal does not show up, open a billing ticket with the transaction ID.
